  5. The seller guarantees the performance of the service and the delivery of data by the super administrator for the customer to the email address.
  6. The customer places an order voluntarily, is aware that the products are for non-profit organizations and schools, will not raise any objections to this.
  7. By placing an order, the customer resigns from the right to withdraw from the contract concluded remotely via the Internet, and resigns from the right to cancel the order.
  8. The customer has the right to make a complaint and refund if the service is not performed in accordance with the sales offer.
  9. Each sale offer can be downloaded by the customer as a PDF file.
  10. Upon receipt of the funds, the seller begins the process of creating a super administrator account, and due to queues and the need to approve this account by Google or Microsoft, the order processing time is up to 7 working days from the payment of the order.
  11. The customer can pay for the order with BTC or USDT, Credit Card (Stripe), Przelewy24, PayPal, iDEAL, EPS, giroPay, Bancontact, SEPA, Sofort or standard bank transfer.
  12. In the event of a complaint, the customer will receive a refund immediately.
  13. The customer receives a lifetime guarantee upon receipt of the order, but no longer than until the entire product is withdrawn by the manufacturer.
  14. The customer undertakes to comply with the store regulations, product regulations, Google and Microsoft regulations.
  15. The customer guarantees that he will not send spam and make available illegal files, he will not violate the copyrights of files and music, will not act to the detriment of the producer.
  16. If the customer does not comply with point 14 and 15 of the regulations, the customer has no right to a complaint, guarantee or return.
  17. After receiving the order, the customer has full 24h support via email and telegram with: domain configuration, remote RDP and configuration, help, translations, information and guides.
